About leaves

Hi Ms Coelho and friends,
I am here to tell you more about leaves.

-There is a green pigment found in the leaves of the leave cells. The green pigment is called chlorophyll which traps sunlight for photosynthesis to take place. Photosynthesis is the process where plants make food. In the process, carbon dioxide and water are needed and oxygen is produced.

There are many different edges of leaves. Example: Jagged edge, entire edge, wavy edge, lobed edge and many more.
