Plants
Plants have leaves, stem and roots.
Leaves
The leave helps the plant to make food.In order to make food the plant needs
sunlight,carbon dioxide and water to make food.The leaves contain a green pictmen called chlorophyll.
Chlorophyll helps the plant to trap sunlight so that it can make food.Oxygen is given out in the process.
Stems
The stem supports the leaves and help them to reach for sunlight.The stem has tubes which carries
water and mineral salts to the leaves and other parts of the plant.It also carries the food made by the leaves to other parts of the plant.
Roots
The roots hold the plant firmly to the groundand take in water and mineral salts from the soil.
