Hi Miss Coelho,
I am here to share about area and perimeter.
Area is inside the figure and perimeter is outside the figure.

Area-
To get area, you have to multiply the sides of the figure.
You also have to put the cm square beside the answer.

Perimeter-
To get perimeter, you have to add all the sides together.
For example you have a square with sides 4 cm. You will
have to either multiply 4 by 4 or to add them together like this
4+4+4+4=16.
